This policy applies to the SellerDocker website, ERP SaaS platform, onboarding process, support communications, and data accessed through Amazon Selling Partner API after account-owner authorization. SellerDocker is a public SaaS application for Amazon Sellers and Vendors and is not an Amazon-owned service. 本政策适用于 SellerDocker 网站、ERP SaaS 平台、接入流程、支持沟通以及账号所有者授权后通过 Amazon Selling Partner API 访问的数据。SellerDocker 是面向 Amazon Seller 和 Vendor 的公共 SaaS 应用，并非 Amazon 自有服务。

- Account and onboarding information: company name, contact name, business email, website, Amazon marketplace region, and subscription information.账号与接入信息：公司名称、联系人、商务邮箱、网站、Amazon 站点区域和订阅信息。
- Authorized Amazon account data: order, inventory, catalog/listing, shipment/fulfillment, finance/settlement, and report data that the account owner authorizes SellerDocker to access.经授权的 Amazon 账号数据：账号所有者授权 SellerDocker 访问的订单、库存、商品 / Listing、配送 / 履约、财务 / 结算和报表数据。
- Buyer personally identifiable information (PII): recipient name, shipping address, phone number, and other order-related PII only when required for authorized ERP workflows.买家个人身份信息（PII）：仅在经授权 ERP 工作流所需情况下处理收件人姓名、收货地址、电话和其他订单相关个人信息。

SellerDocker accesses Amazon account data only after the account owner authorizes the application through Amazon's authorization process. Customers may revoke authorization through Amazon account settings or contact us at contact@sellerdocker.com for assistance with disconnection and data deletion requests. We do not sell, rent, or disclose Amazon data or buyer PII to third parties for their own marketing or commercial use. We may share limited data only with service providers who help us operate SellerDocker, such as secure cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, and security monitoring, and only under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
