These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SellerDocker, a cross-border e-commerce ERP SaaS platform operated by Shenzhen Yingfangyi Intelligent Tech Co., Ltd. 本服务条款适用于由深圳市盈方溢智能科技有限公司运营的跨境电商 ERP SaaS 平台 SellerDocker 的访问和使用。

1. Eligibility and Account Authorization1. 资格与账号授权

SellerDocker is intended for businesses, Amazon Sellers, Amazon Vendors, and authorized e-commerce operations teams. You must have authority to connect the Amazon account you authorize. By authorizing SellerDocker, you permit us to access and process Amazon data only for the ERP SaaS services you select and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SellerDocker 面向企业、Amazon Seller、Amazon Vendor 和经授权的电商运营团队。你必须有权连接所授权的 Amazon 账号。授权 SellerDocker 即表示你允许我们仅为你选择的 ERP SaaS 服务并按照隐私政策访问和处理 Amazon 数据。

2. Acceptable Use2. 可接受使用

• You may use SellerDocker only for lawful cross-border e-commerce ERP operations and internal business purposes.你只能将 SellerDocker 用于合法跨境电商 ERP 运营和内部业务目的。
• You may not misuse Amazon data, buyer PII, platform credentials, or exported reports.你不得滥用 Amazon 数据、买家个人信息、平台凭证或导出报表。
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls of SellerDocker.你不得尝试逆向工程、干扰、过载或绕过 SellerDocker 的安全控制。
• You are responsible for users you invite and for maintaining accurate account and billing information.你需对邀请的用户负责，并保持账号与计费信息准确。

3. Subscription and Fees3. 订阅与费用

SellerDocker is offered as a SaaS subscription service. Fees, billing cycle, included ERP features, support level, and cancellation terms may vary by plan. Custom business plans may be governed by a separate written agreement. SellerDocker 以 SaaS 订阅形式提供服务。费用、计费周期、包含的 ERP 功能、支持级别和取消规则可能因方案而异。定制商务方案可能适用单独书面协议。

4. Data and Privacy4. 数据与隐私

Our handling of personal information, Amazon account data, and buyer PII is described in the SellerDocker Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SellerDocker complies with applicable laws, Amazon policies, and your own obligations to customers and business partners. 我们如何处理个人信息、Amazon 账号数据和买家个人信息详见 SellerDocker 隐私政策。你有责任确保使用 SellerDocker 符合法律法规、Amazon 政策以及你对客户和商业伙伴承担的义务。

5. Service Availability and Changes5. 服务可用性与变更

We work to keep SellerDocker reliable, but the service may be affected by maintenance, Amazon API availability, network issues, security events, or other factors. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where necessary to improve the service, comply with policy requirements, or protect users and systems. 我们努力保持 SellerDocker 稳定可靠，但服务可能受维护、Amazon API 可用性、网络问题、安全事件或其他因素影响。为改进服务、遵守政策要求或保护用户和系统，我们可能更新、修改、暂停或终止部分功能。

6. Amazon Relationship6. 与 Amazon 的关系

SellerDocker is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Amazon. Your Amazon seller account remains subject to Amazon's own agreements, policies, and decisions. SellerDocker 是独立服务，与 Amazon 不存在关联、背书、赞助或运营关系。你的 Amazon 卖家账号仍受 Amazon 自身协议、政策和决定约束。

7. Limitation of Liability7. 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SellerDocker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，SellerDocker 按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们不对因使用服务产生的间接、附带、后果性、特殊、惩罚性或利润损失承担责任。
